1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RMA Forecasting, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use RMA Forecasting for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription tier (Essential, Business, or Premium).

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by RMA Forecasting at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on RMA Forecasting are provided on an 'as is' basis. RMA Forecasting makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, RMA Forecasting does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall RMA Forecasting or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RMA Forecasting, even if RMA Forecasting or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Data Usage & Revenue Forecasts

Revenue forecasts and analysis provided by RMA Forecasting are based on historical AEMO (Australian Energy Market Operator) data and mathematical models. These forecasts are for informational and analytical purposes only.

Important: The forecasts, projections, and analysis provided should not be considered financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future performance. Users should conduct their own due diligence and consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

Past performance and historical data do not guarantee future results. Market conditions, regulatory changes, and other factors may significantly impact actual outcomes.

6. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. RMA Forecasting cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By using RMA Forecasting, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. All fees are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. There are no refunds or credits for partial months or years of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. This policy is subject to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days notice. Such notice may be provided by email or by posting the changes to the RMA Forecasting website.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of RMA Forecasting.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

9. Modifications to Service

RMA Forecasting reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. RMA Forecasting shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
